We are looking for someone with craftsman skills who shares our values, loves art and nature. Most of all we need an enthusiastic, hard working, and passionate team member. This person will have the responsibility of creating quality products. The ideal candidate should be willing to complete additional maintenance tasks necessary to keep the company running smoothly.


Wage will be determined based on experience and craftsman skill level.

Seasonal May-December

Part Time with options of advancement to full time and year round.


Craftsman Requirements and Qualifications

  • Aptitude for working on creative unique projects.

  • Ability to follow written directions and diagrams.

  • Basic computer skills for referencing our making product and process guidelines.

  • Proficient use of trade tools and machinery such as drills, saws, tractor in boom truck.

  • Being Organized and willing to follow proper methods of operations.

  • Shop math applicable to the building trades.

  • Perform heavy physical labor and use proper lifting techniques.


Office Manager


We are looking for someone with business management skills who loves art, nature and shares our values. This person will have the responsibility of sharing the creations of Stones Designs with the world.



Office Manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • Able to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment

  • Goal-oriented

  • Reliable

  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity

  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Self-motivated and self-directed

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role

  • Strong aptitude for numbers and financial reports

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field or equivalent experience

  • Basic knowledge of business finances  

  • Working knowledge of various computer programs (experience with Google Apps for business)

  • Website management and how to sell products online

  • Photography skills  


Office Manager Responsibilities

  • Employee Management: interviews, record keeping, staff meetings, timesheet approvals, on boarding and moving folks on, improve efficiency, evaluations, arranging schedules, motivate

  • Financial Administration: budgeting, payroll, pricing/expense analysis and revenue projections,

  • E-Store: photography skills, packaging and shipping, website maintenance

  • Marketing and Communications: publish email newsletter, promote art education, maintain social media sites, Researching marketing and industry trends

  • Production Management:

    • Developing business plans and strategies to align with company forecasts and goals

    • Implementing recommendations to improve processes and procedures for efficiency

    • Monitoring company resources

    • Analyzing data and comparing to production goals

    • Adhering to legal guidelines and local, state, and federal laws
